Order and conclusion of a sales contract
All of the orders made through the e-shop of company RARECACTI.com
are considered as mandatory. The buyer confirm by ordering the goods, that he has been acquainted with business conditions and that he accept them.
The order is a draft of sales contract. The sales contract is really set in the moment of delivery and payment of the ordered goods by the buyer.
The electronic order is valid only after filling all of the specified data and terms. Place of delivery is address filled in the order form by the buyer.
Property right comes to the buyer on condition, that he pay for the goods, after accepting the goods.
By filling the registry form, or binding order through the e-shop Rudy Krajca (RARECACTI), the buyer agrees with rounding-up and archiving personal data by the seller. These data will not be provided to third person.
All plants are shipped bare - rooted via Czech Post

Payment on account
We accept the payment in advance per Click and Buy. The payment is arrived, when the corresponding amount is scored on our account.
Immediately after the receipt of the payment is the ordered good sent.
Refunds
In accordance with the provision of Act. No. 367/2000 Sb. is the buyer entitled to withdraw from contract without cause within 14 days from delivery. If he decides to withdraw from contract in this term and observe the terms, the purchase price of the goods will be returned to him.
Please, contact us and arrange way of return of the goods.
Returned goods must be in an original wrapping, this goods must not be devalued through use, tear or wear, in a defect-free condition and the goods must be complete and with a copy of proof of purchase.
We only return money for ordered goods, not for packaging fees.
The money will be returned to the buyer by post money order or by amount brought to the bank account, namely within 10 working days after obtainig the goods by seller.
Do not remit the goods Cash–On–Delivery in any case, it will not be accepted and the term of settling will be prolonged!
If the buyer will not satisfy any of above mentioned conditions, the seller will not accept the withdrawal from the contract and the goods will be returned at the expense of the buyer. The Business Conditions are effective as of 1.3.2009.
